Established in 2003, Alpine Louvres is the Queensland agent for JWI Louvres, specializing in the creation and installation of custom fit sliding and bifold louvres. The louvres are designed to enhance energy efficiency by controlling heat, light, sun and ultra violet rays externally and can be fixed, operable or retractable. They are available in a variety of blade profiles, powdercoat colours and a natural anodised finish.
Alpine Louvres is owned and operated from the Gold Coast, servicing all areas from the north of Ballina and throughout Queensland. The majority of work is located in the South East region of Queensland.
The louvre systems available can be used for sun control, privacy and ventilation, on window facades, balconies and glass roofs. Louvres are available in either cedar, extruded or rolled formed aluminium.
Panels may be controlled by either hand or electric motor drives where applicable. Electronic controls can be linked to environmental sensors, which enable automatic adjustment of the blades in changing weather conditions. It is also possible to have the louvres open and close at pre-set times by incorporating a timer device into the electronic set-up.
With over 40 years experience in the building industry, and 10 years experience specializing in aluminium, Alpine Louvres services both residential and commercial clients, offering a project specific solution which meets engineering specifications.
